Are you looking for a regular role with regular NDIS clients?
- Do you hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability and want set shifts, with regular clients?
- If you don't have experience, we can offer you on-the-job training
- Part-time position, minimum 15 hours a week, and work up to 35 hours a week
- Shifts are available Monday to Friday, and on weekends
- Hours for shifts start from 7:00pm to 10:00pm (chose your hours/days)
- Excellent incentives and working conditions
- The hourly rate starts from $33.33 per hour (part-time)

Are you caring, supportive, reliable, a person, and have a great attitude? Do you have a reliable car, a current VIC driver's licence, and are fully COVID-19 vaccinated?

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in the local Maroondah region.

No experience is required, as long as you hold a disability qualification. If successful, you will be assisting those with a disability in the community and, in their homes, with their daily lifestyle and activities.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community NDIS services

We are recruiting for part-time Disability Support Worker roles, you will be offered a minimum of 15-hours (guaranteed), but can work up to 35 hours a week.

Whilst you start your career as a Disability Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks, and as you progress you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more

- Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Screening Check
- Have a current VIC driver's licence
- Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with insurance; and
- Have regular availability

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday.

You will be visiting (clients - disability clients) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:

- Domestic Assistance
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Transportation
- To & from Medical Appointments
- Personal Care
- Grooming
- Social Activities
- Respite
- We are seeking people living within the local area
- Willingness to learn
