This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to further their career and to build sustainable relationships with children, parents and local community. You will work closely with the director and an amazing leadership team, implementing an innovative Preschool Program.

Our work environment offers five playrooms and two adjoining playgrounds on a single level. Each playroom has glass sliding doors that open to the outdoor playground. There is abundant natural light and open space, allowing children to learn, explore and engage in quality experiences. The outdoor environment reflects natural elements and features a vegetable garden, worm farm and water play.

To be successful in the role, we ask that you meet the criterion below:

- Early Childhood Teaching qualification (as recognised by ACECQA); New graduates are also welcome;
- NESA Registration;
- Experience within an early childhood education setting;
- Ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, your families and your Educator colleagues;
- Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;
- Contemporary knowledge of pedagogy;
- A good understanding and awareness of the cultural needs of families;

**Salary**: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
