Are you an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager who can lead and manage all aspects of the operational activities within our clients' Irrigation Construction and Maintenance divisions?

This role is crucial in contributing to the strategic growth and development of our business and its stakeholders.

**Objectives of the Role**
- Work collaboratively with all team members to achieve the business goals and objectives.
- Ensure operations align with business values.
- Lead and manage the irrigation construction and maintenance divisions.
- Oversee Project administration, establishing and utilizing efficient systems and procedures for the Irrigation Construction division.
- Oversee, Do & Charge administration, establishing and utilizing efficient systems and procedures for the Irrigation Maintenance division.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business as part of the Management division.
- Achieve and surpass projects and business financial targets for the Irrigation Construction and Maintenance divisions.
- Meet deadlines as well as communicate and manage their expectation is essential.

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a self-managed environment and under pressure while maintaining a strong diligence and attention to detail.
- Resolute leadership and teamworking skills.

**To be succesful in this role you will bring**:

- Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications as an Operations Manager
- Certificate III in Irrigation & Certificate IV Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years commercial irrigation installation (desirable)
- Ability to commute and hold a valid C’ class driver’s license
- Hold a valid Construction Card
- Relevant product knowledge & proven ability to deliver project-based outcomes
- Hold valid Australian working rights
- Able to pass a Pre-employment fit for work screen and drug and alcohol test

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 5 years (required)
- Team management: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
