Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll management? We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR/Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team and help us drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
- Administer benefits, deductions, and taxes, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Provide reports on payroll data, headcount, and other HR metrics to management.
- Work with external vendors and auditors to ensure smooth payroll audits and tax filings.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in HR and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software (Unipay), Google and MS Office Suite.
- In-depth understanding of labour laws, tax regulations, and best practices in payroll administration.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
