Solution Designer

We are on the hunt for an experienced " **Solution Designer** " internally known as " **Feature Engineer** " to join our Delivery team. This is a newly created position reporting to the Chapter Lead - Feature Engineer, to support our biggest **Core-Banking** program.

In this highly visible role, you'll have exposure to work across all domains and an opportunity if you're looking to progress your career in architecture space.

**What you'll do...**
- Design high quality, resilient and scalable Feature Solutions.
- Devise release plans and ensure features delivered safely into production.
- Work with vendors and offshore partners to align with business outcomes.
- Support senior business managers to make informed complex IT decisions.

**What **we're looking for**
- End to end experience from **Design** to "**Go-Live**".
- Knowledge of design, infrastructure, configurations and 3rd party vendor management.
- Strong experience in REST architectural principles and **API** design patterns.
- Proven experience as a solution designer in Banking or financial services.
- Experience in Microservices Architecture using Kafka messaging.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
