**Exciting and rare opportunity**

Chipmunks Childcare is looking to hire a Mobile Cleaner/Maintenance/Gardener to join their team part time 3 days per week. You will be needed across 2 locations in Melbourne to conduct deep cleans as well as perform small maintenance tasks. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and passion for clean, hygienic environments as our main priority is the health and safety of our staff, families and children.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure each centre is cleaned to the highest standard including frequent touch areas, fans, skirting boards etc.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks across all locations.
- Ensure gardens are maintained and presented neatly.
- Trims hedging and yukkas as well as mowing grass.
- Ensuring carpark is clear of leaves, rubbish etc.
- Report to the Centre Directors on any hazards found, including structural hazards.
- Travel between locations if needed.
- Ordering needed supplies.

**To be successful**:

- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have own car for travelling to centre and in between if needed.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Valid Working with Children's Check.
