As a Sales Consultant, reporting to the Showroom Manager, your duties include:

- Being the face of the business by welcoming customers into the showroom
- Liaising with customers to ensure an exceptional showroom experience
- Building rapport with customers in our stores to generate sales
- Becoming well versed in our product catalogue to help identify what a customer is looking for
- Using your sales skills to maximise the value of your transactions i.e. upselling
- Preparing quotations and actively building and managing a sales pipeline through to delivery
- Assisting with ad hoc duties as required e.g. housekeeping, visual merchandising, stock takes, floor changes, etc

Who we are looking for:

- You love nothing more than the buzz you get from making a sale and providing exceptional customer service
- You feel comfortable working in a target driven environment and are motivated by a culture that directly rewards the effort you put in
- You have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Audio Visual retail and/or customer services sector, preferably within a luxury goods or consumer electronics environment
- You are tech-savvy, highly organised, reliable and flexible.
- The ability to work weekends is essential
