**About the role**
We have an opportunity for an **Administrative Support Officer** to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the command/business unit.

**Target Question 1**:
The Glock Replacement Program (GRP) will involve the highly accountable and secure movement and issue of 17,600 9mm Gen 5 Glock pistols and the accountable and secure recall, recovery and ultimate disposal of a similar number of the current.40 cal Glock pistols. Please detail what experience you have with high security asset management, secure firearm movement, computer based and manual auditing and accountability systems.
**Target Question 2**:
The GRP Admin officer will report to the Sergeant Team Leader GRP and be responsible for administrative tasks related to the program. The successful applicant will be required to schedule metropolitan and country Glock issue and recovery trips to align with Region planned transition training, independently and remotely deconflict and problem solve, follow accountability SOPs and processes and effectively manage multiple firearm transactions and small team administration including rosters, leave, travel, overtime etc, to ensure the success of the project.
