This large and well-regarded organisation provides essential services to the people of Western Australia.

They currently have a permanent role for a Commercial Co-ordinator to join the Property Contract Management team.

Key Responsibilities

The key aspect of the role is to work collaboratively with members of the Commercial Services team to ensure the efficient and timely completion of a range of administrative activities associated with commercial contract management, including:

- Maintaining a robust and accurate tracking system to capture and track project management actions associated with commercial contracts.
- Maintaining regular and professional contact with internal clients as required throughout the preparation and execution of contracts, ensuring accurate information and documentation is obtained and/or provided in a timely manner.
- Working proactively with internal stakeholders at all levels to provide advice and support relevant to Commercial Services; and
- assisting with the preparation of handover documents and updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, as required.
- Assist with the development and preparation of reports and general correspondence relevant to the operations of the team.

Skills required:

- Ability to communicate effectively, including developing rapport and maintaining positive and collaborative working partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the use of a range of computerised systems and
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise work, respond to changing circumstances, meet agreed timeframes and deliver quality outcomes.

The base salary is in the region of $80,000 + 11% super + salary packaging is on offer. As an employer of choice they also offer work life balance including working from home, mentoring and genuine career development. You must hold full working rights for Australia.
