Looking for Experienced Support Workers in Ringwood and the surrounding area for an immediate start (**Client prefers male**) 8+ Hours per day.

Applicants MUST have Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support or higher qualification in Nursing and 6 months of experience working in the disability industry.

Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits, and preferences to support long-term relationships.

**Skills and experience**

The successful applicant will have:

- A passion for helping people in need to live a full life in their own home
- Certificate III in Home and Community Care (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification of the same level or higher
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of customers from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
- Current driver's license and reliable motor vehicle (vehicle registered and comprehensively insured).
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Current First Aid certificate
- Satisfactory completion of a police record is required for this position.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $62.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
