Croydon, Australia SASS Quality Support Services Full time

**SASS are seeking experienced or aspiring Disability Support Workers and Personal Carers in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne to join our support team.**

**This is a great opportunity for Support Workers and PCs looking to secure a role with a fast growing provider of Quality NDIS services setting new standards in disability care.**

You'll provide care to our participants in their homes and local community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

- Daily living assistance include showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

**What you'll need**:

- Cert III Individual Support (Disability) or Cert IV in Disability (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police Check
- Drivers License, your own vehicle and full Comprehensive Insurance
- First Aid (HLTAID011) & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (HLTAID009)
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccinations (1,2, and Booster)

**Salary**: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
