**THE ROLE**
An exciting opportunity to join Clarendon Homes as Personal Assistant to the NSW General Manager has come available.
In this role, you will act in a **one-on-one capacity as a true right-hand support** to the NSW General Manager, to help maximise their time and efficiency by providing organisational support to assist with prioritisation, engagement and execution of the General Manager’s duties.
As the eyes and ears of the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- comprehensive inbox and diary management, the filtering of customer enquiries, investigating issues and liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to help achieve speedy resolutions and outcomes.
- creation and preparation of correspondence on behalf of executives,
- assemble executive reports,
- presentation preparation including content creation,
- schedule and prepare meetings and document minutes and action items accordingly.
- assist with expense management and reconciliation on behalf of the General Manager.
- other ad hoc duties as required and some assistance with the General Managers personal errands.
Additionally, you will look after internal and external event management, including working with our broader EA/PA network to coordinate larger company events.
You will also be responsible for office management and manage the reception team in coordinating the smooth running of the head office.
At Clarendon, no two days are the same and it’s likely that you will be working on business plans one minute, before topping up the company drink’s fridge the next. Therefore, a team first approach is crucial to the success of this role.

To be successful, you will have:
- Proven **experience in a senior Administration role** such as a Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator / Manager etc, preferably with experience **supporting Senior Executive.**
- Experience working within a family owned or private business, that’s fast paced and dynamic is highly regarded.
- **Exceptional organisational and time management skills** - You are exceptionally organised, have strong time management skills with the ability to plan and anticipate the General Manager’s needs.
- **Proactive and highly adaptable with high attention to detail **- You will have a proactive approach to your work, be able to work calmly under pressure to manage competing deadlines. Your high accuracy and attention to detail will help you thrive in delivering high quality business outcomes.
- **Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite** - including PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and Teams functions.
- **Effective communication skills** - You are a strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with various stakeholders in written and spoken forms as well as an ability to unite and engage teams.
- **Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills** - You are comfortable communicating in all situations, be it face to face meetings with Senior Executives internally and externally, meeting and attending to customers in the office or official duties or public speaking at company events.
- **Team player**:
- You have a hands-on approach, with experience in fast paced ever changing environments. Your natural ability to integrate and work as part of a team will be an asset, as well as having the ability to work autonomously.
