We are currently seeking an All-rounder to become an integral part of our team in the general operation of the Hotel. As a "hands-on " Assistant Manager you will be required to maintain a constant, visible physical presence in public areas during opening hours and ensure compliance with licensing laws, WHS and company policy and procedure. You will have a strong hospitality background which includes solid management experience within a busy pub environment. You'll also be assisting the licensee in daily dutys of running a busy locals pub. Responsibilities will include: Maintaining and exceeding customer service standards and handling any customer complaints. Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in a busy environment Be able to multitask calmly and efficiently under pressure - Be warm, engaging and professional with an articulate communication style To be successful in this role you will require: Must have worked in a similar role with experience Superior communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict A proven track record in leading a team A current RSA/RCG As a hospitality professional, you have what it takes to be a success in this role - commitment, professionalism and dedication to perfectionism.
