As the Tarmac PM Supervisor, you are responsible for leading a safety and service-oriented Brisbane tarmac team, ensuring the efficient processing of aircraft arrivals and departures. They are accountable for the team's safety, managing workflow, making sound operational decisions, and ensuring customer focus is present in all activities.

Key Responsibilities- Take accountability for the safety of the team in the performance of work, taking a proactive and preventative approach to HSE issues affecting the site and/or the work area.- Proactively lead the team/workgroup by setting and maintaining work standards and behaviours, holding team members to account.- Make sound and timely decisions regarding day-to-day operational matters within area(s) of responsibility and supervision, as per delegated authority.- Manage workflow in area of responsibility, at all times ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed and meets timeframes, productivity levels and other KPIs as set by Operational Management- Ensure customer focus is present in all activities undertaken by the team, at all times considering the impact on customer service delivery in decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills- 3+ years of experience handling Aviation Cargo, highly desired.- Understanding of the Transport Industry and knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to role.- Proven ability to lead and manage small teams with a focus on daily performance accountability and consequence management.- Sound working knowledge and understanding of HSE-related legislative and regulatory requirements.- Strong customer service orientation and focus.- Ability to make correct, timely operational decisions affecting the operations of the site within tight timeframes.
