Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a ICT Project Officer - Sharepoint Records Integrations on a contract for 6 months.

**Position Overview**

The Project Officer will be responsible for;
- Providing administrative support to the Project Manager
- Coordinating and facilitating the exchange of information
- Performing data extraction activities from HPE Content Manager 9 using Print Merge and DataPort
- Engagement with end users, vendors and ICT stakeholders
- Providing assistance to end users on the old to new mapping of SharePoint online
- Cleaning up records data
- Working with the project team to follow up processes, checking and reporting on progress
- Conducting research and analysis and report back to the Project Manager
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, HPE Content Manager 9 or HPE Records Manager 8)
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in communicating and engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work with broad supervision to determine and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working autonomously and managing competing demands.
- Be a self-starter and have the ability to follow directions from the Project Manager.
- Be flexible and adaptable and to re-prioritise to respond to unforeseen issues.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem identification and problem-solving skills, including the ability to record data, analyse and report the issue concisely in plain language.
- Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks, follow instructions and work as part of a team to deliver project deliverables for Information Management.
- Experience with document extraction in Content Manager 9 or Records Manager 8; and experience with navigation and usage of SharePoint Online.
