As a SHEIKE brand ambassador you will have the ability to provide an absolutely exceptional customer experience, in every interaction. You have a proven ability to drive the team to also build genuine customer connections, exceed KPI's and grow during their time in the business.

As the SM you will;
- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Coach & develop your team consistently to foster their skills
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Manage your roster + wages at a high level
- Recruit high-calibre employees in line with the SHEIKE brand pillars
- Have outstanding standards of VM + store presentation
- Excellent operations & stock management
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

- Minimum 2+Years experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Experience in leading, recruiting + developing a team
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
