Sales Leasing Coordinator

RSL LifeCare’s Flagship ‘War Vets’ - ANZAC Village Narrabeen, is in search of a part time
_Retirement Living Co-Ordinator _to join the Sales team. The Sales Team is responsible for managing and supporting the journey of all prospective residents moving into the Village.- This is a Monday to Friday part time role, 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day based at ANZAC Village Narrabeen_
- This role is ideal for an individual looking for reduced hours or a parent looking at school friendly hours_
- Key Responsibilities-
- Manage all new and existing sales in CRM Data base
- Provide support to the Sales Manager as and when required.
- Village sales and rental portfolio support
- Conduct inspections of village properties
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Skills and Experience-
- Experience in Customer service, in the retirement sector or similar would be favourable.
- Self-Starter/ Office allrounder able to work independently, seeking guidance when and where necessary, while also able to work collaboratively within the Sales team.
- Highly personable and caring attitude with the ability to relate and converse with aged clients and their families
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills with a solution-focused attitude
- Proficiency across MS office and previous exposure to sales software
- Willingness to submit an NCC police check and complete background check
- Up to date vaccinations; covid and flu
- Current NSW drivers licenceAbout Us
