**The Opportunity**:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) assists the HR BP team in contributing to and executing HR strategy and initiatives as well as day to day HR operations. As a trusted advisor and business partner to leaders and employees alike, this role will assist in providing strategic human resources and culture advice across the full suite of HR activity.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Performance, reward and recognition, remuneration and benefits, health, safety and wellbeing, talent and succession planning, workforce planning etc.
- Employment relations matters, including grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters in line with cultural values, policy expectations, legal requirements.
- Understands the latest legislations updates (psychosocial risks, flexible work, bullying/harassment) and can support in risk mitigation work and who has also completed Remuneration Reviews.
- Support the Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
- Support leaders with driving high performance, managing underperformance and providing expert employee
relations advice.
- Act as a WHS delegate and provide support in meeting safe work obligations and dealing with WH&S
issues.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Sound understanding across the full HR remit
- Knowledge of industry best practices across key HR domains
- Ability to provide advice and coaching support to leaders
- Ability to deliver optimal results and focussed outcomes through collaborating and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including written and presentation skills and the ability to build confidence in stakeholders.
