**About the role**

We are looking for a few positions to join the MPS team to help manage our contract with one of Melbourne's most prestigious schools.

You will be responsible for overseeing the high level of cleaning provided to this school. Higher level position available.

**Key Details**:

- Role starting ASAP
- Monday to Friday
- Base rate + super

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide and ensure a high standard of all cleaning in and around the school including periodicals
- Train and mentor staff onsite
- Develop a strong working relationship with the client’s representative as well as your Client Relationship Manager
- Manage OH&S compliance and periodical cleaning activities across the school
- Ensure budgets are managed in accordance with contract hours
- Manage the staffing rosters and ensure hours are recorded accurately
- Provide and ensure a high standard of all cleaning in and around the areas.
- Ensure floors are free of spills, dirt, and debris.
- Remove graffiti and report any damages, vandalism, or maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and adhere to cleaning schedules.
- Follow workplace health and safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong cleaning background
- Customer service/client focused
- Sound understanding of OHS in the workplace preferred
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English
- High attention to detail when cleaning

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
