**About The Company**
Managed Visuals is an established sign installation company, concentrating on Australia-wide rollouts of soft signage into retail spaces. The company is in a growth phase, with new projects coming online regularly.

**About The Role**
The Project Coordinator will coordinate signage rollouts under the direction of the Project Manager. They will maintain and grow the existing huge network of contractors and will maintain the records required for project management excellence. They will be encouraged to attain the positions of Junior Project Manager, and then Project Manager.

**Duties**
- Coordinate large subcontractor networks
- Manage multiple priorities
- Create, detail, and coordinate tasks and projects in PM software
- Organise delivery of materials to subcontractors
- Check that all scheduled installations occurred
- Troubleshoot installations that did not occur
- Work to budgets and deadlines

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in Project or Service Coordination
- Sign industry experience well regarded
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great organisational skills
- High energy
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using MS Office
