**About the area**
College Services provides academic and technical support to UWA schools, including Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. The Agile Support Team is a newly established unit reporting to the newly appointed Senior School Operations Officer (Agile Support Team). The team is designed to provide School/Teaching Operations teams with backfill support during staff absences and assistance during critical periods, ensuring operational continuity and responsiveness.

**About the opportunity**
- Provide administrative support across UWA schools, including general office support, events support, research student onboarding, and unit support activities.
- Respond flexibly to changing demands, offering critical period and backfill support as part of a newly formed Agile Support Team.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to UWA policies and procedures.

**About you**
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Independent and team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Year 12 or equivalent competency with significant administrative experience.
