As we open the first full Automotive Dealership in the area, we have an amazing opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join Ellenbrook Toyota’s Used Vehicle Department. This new dealership offers a unique chance to be part of an exciting new venture and help shape its success from the ground up.

Join us and be a part of something exceptional__

You will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of used cars, with over 250 cars in stock. You will be providing leadership and direction to Used Vehicle Sales employees to ensure profitability and an exceptional experience for all our customers.

**YOU**:

- Understanding of used vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination
- Ability to manage used car stock, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment
- A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
- Current C Class drivers’ licence is essential
- ** Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential
