Since our inception in 1985, we have been a major supplier of temporary / permanent recruitment and related services to a vast range of Australian clients, including significant experience with Local and State Government entities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to assist with additional workload.

The advisors will be required to perform a variety of tasks, such as:

- Assist HR Business Partners to facilitate routine operational tasks and enquiries
- Develop position descriptions for new roles and/or update existing PD’s,
- Conduct position level classification using a points-based evaluation system,
- Employee correspondence, exit interviews and other administrative tasks.

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualified HR generalists with relevant practical experience in disciplines such as recruitment, performance management, job evaluation, remuneration and benefits, HR information systems, workforce planning and/or employee relations.
- Well-developed generalist knowledge and experience in interpretation of policies, directives, awards, agreements and industrial instruments
- Confidence, ability and interpersonal skills to deliver great service and positively engage with managers, program leaders, coordinators and supervisors across all sections of Council.
- Proficiency in all things administration including MS Office and HR software systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Someone who is organised, likes to be busy and takes pride in delivering great quality outcomes.
