**The Opportunity**

In Australia, we are growing We are now on track to further grow and strengthen our Buildings Team, as we accelerate our push into the Australian Buildings market. We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to part of a vibrant growing team and for you to expand on your client facing, project leadership and technical skills and to play a key role at the centre of one of our business's most exciting growth areas. This opportunity will allow you to realise your own potential and achieve a step-change in your career. You will bring a mix of your technical expertise, your delivery leadership and project experience to provide successful client outcomes.

**About you**

Your technical skills are based on solid fundamentals and have been proven through the delivery of robust and innovative building engineering solutions. You are experienced in leading varying size & scales of projects of both new greenfield sites and existing brownfield sites across the Buildings Market and are client facing and proactive. You are comfortable leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers. You have demonstrated experience in multiple sectors including commercial, healthcare, tertiary education, central energy plant etc. in the Australian market. Any work experience in other Beca geographies (e.g. New Zealand, Singapore etc.) would be beneficial.
