**In this role you will**:

- Maintain records utilising electronic and physical file recording and management systems in accordance with departmental procedure and privacy requirements;
- Utilise diaries, calendars and workflow management systems to monitor and action tasks within designated timeframes;
- Maintain a sound knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines to support your delivery of assigned tasks;
- Engage with prisoners when responding to enquiries both face to face and in writing, including the delivery and explanation of correspondence and the gathering of information;
- Perform administrative tasks and secretarial functions as directed across the broad functions required within Sentence Management Services; and
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary in the performance of duties.
