**The Opportunity**
As a Systems Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of one of Australia’s largest and most exciting supply chain networks. With limitless development opportunities, access to the latest technology and the chance to work with the nation’s biggest retail brands, your career with Woolworths Group could take you anywhere.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage/oversee allocation and event activity (inc SAP Allocations)
- Manage/oversee SAP to WMS data integrity, product layout, pick paths, family grouping
- Provide leadership to the team and appropriate coaching and mentoring
- Work collaboratively as part of a larger DC team to achieve site objectives
- Be a trusted advisor to both DC team members and National support teams
- Ensure service levels to stores and DC are to the highest standards
- Actively promote innovation and continuous improvement within the Systems/Inventory team and wider DC business by challenging current systems and processes

You are inquisitive in nature, passionate about delivering results, enjoy the challenge of problem solving in complicated situations and can tailor your communication style for any audience.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A passion for solving complex problems in a fast paced environment
- A demonstrated passion for learning Systems troubleshooting techniques.
- A mindset of continuous learning
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and WMS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen, time management and administrative skills
- Change and/or project management experience, desirable
- Previous experience in Inventory & Systems and/or retail/FMCG, desirable
