**Your new role**:
Join our team and coordinate our volunteers and daily operations of our Op Shop in Point Lonsdale. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a friendly community, from Lonnie regulars to day trippers, it’s lively and varied

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. We encourage our team members to express their enthusiasm, creativity and uniqueness, while having fun and providing unbeatable customer experiences in our op shops.

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

**Your skills and experience**:
You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.

You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, and a flair for visual merchandising. You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
