***Up to $180,000k + Super with experience**
Sirius People are currently working with a leader in the manufacturing industry where you will lead the operational function with business results and meeting strategic goals.
**Reporting to the Vice President, your main tasks will include**:
- Providing leadership to a team of five across departments- Drive continuous improvements and implementation of best practices- Continuous process improvements - root cause analysis and Value Stream mapping- Develop and implement strategies and support strategic decisions- Maintaining inventory and ensuring a balance of demand- Develop operation systems and implement policies and procedures- Analise and implement processes and workflows- Champion and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee engagement- Lead Monthly meetings & Reporting as required
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Minimum 10 years of strong leadership capabilities- Proven history of developing high-performing teams- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders- Ability to improve processes and streamline solutions- Solid written & verbal communication skills- Excellent presentation and communication
- High sense of urgency and a strong team player
- Strong knowledge of WHS practices
