**The Roles**

We are seeking a dedicated **Airfare Ticketing Specialist **who has extensive experience in issuing and reissuing airline tickets, to support our first & business class airfare consultants, process flight schedule changes, cancellations, refunds

You can work Part Time or Full Time, with flexible locations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of two year experience in working with Amadeus advance reservation, ticketing, and fares
- Proficiency in issuing and reissuing airline tickets via Amadeus and Consolidators
- Excellent knowledge and experience in booking airfares, fare rules and regulations, including but not limited to around the world fares, reissuing and refund process
- Responding to customer flight enquiries on date change, schedule change, name change, refunds, cancellation
- Processing refunds via Amadeus and third-party suppliers (Consolidators)
- Managing Amadeus queues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a high volume environment
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong time management and deadline prioritisation ability

Desirables
- Experience in VTO
