About the role

Choose to work remotely or from one of our national offices as you lead a talented multi-disciplinary national program team to deliver a pipeline of new ERP and Asset Management modules. In this fast paced role you will engage with a diverse stakeholder group including executives, national office teams and front line health workers to optimise our ways of working leveraging automation to offer users a seamless experience and decision makers greater business insights. This full time 24 month contract role will require some travel as you engage with national stakeholders.

**Your main duties will include**:
Leading a digital transformation program of work to realise high-impact business benefits
Develop business cases and program plans, and provide strong program governance and excellent reporting
Effectively manage resource capacity and capability to phase work efficiently balancing competing business priorities
Proactively identify and manage risks, actions, issues and dependencies
Engage with stakeholders and ensure effective communications and change management
About you

Experienced purpose driven program manager inspired by the challenge of helping us to serve our patients and residents better.
An analytical thinker who develops sound plans informed by relevant analysis and proactively identifies and manages risks.
Proven track record delivering digital transformation programs which deliver significant benefits to businesses.
Relevant tertiary qualifications
PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP, CPD, CSPO or other Project Management qualifications
