**About The Role**
As a WHS Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining a culture of safety excellence within our organization. You will be a hands on leader on site providing coaching, guidance and advice on all things health & safety. Key responsibilities include:

- Demonstrate safety leadership and commitment and provide support to leaders to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support Leaders to implement the Health and Safety Plan.
- Provide coaching to Leaders on safety policies, procedures, and processes to improve compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records, including reviewing and analyzing reports to present findings and identify trends.
- Support Leaders in risk management and hazard management.
- Oversee significant operational risk management
- Coach and partner with Leaders in event investigations using tools such as the 5 Whys method and ICAM.
- Provide technical safety training to workers in line with the Competency Profile.
- Review site training schedules monthly and provide feedback to Leaders.

**About you**
- Tertiary Health and Safety Qualification such as Certificate IV in WHS or similar
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- Previous experience in high risk environments e.g. heavy industry manufacturing, construction or the like.
- Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
