**About the Role**:
As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within our distribution centre.

**Payrates: (Increase after 3 months of employment)**

**Dayshift**: $34.70 p/hr (More for weekends)

**Afternoon Shift**: $39.03 p/hr (More for weekends)

**Shift Times**:

- **AM Shift**: 5.30am
- **PM Shift**:11.000am (Mon) and 2.00pm (Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri) and 12.00pm (Sat)

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Picking and packing orders using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
- Working within the ambient, chiller and Freezer areas of the warehouse.
- Operating various machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move stock.
- Conducting quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product integrity.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily KPI targets and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:
To succeed as a Voice Picker, you should meet the following criteria:

- Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution centre environment is preferred.
- Be available for shifts across 6 days per week.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
