With our purpose-built facility designed to efficiently manage the entire food supply process, we are a complete food supply business with formidable capabilities around fresh/processed fruit and vegetables.

**About the Role**

As part of a close-knit team, the Pick / Packer focuses on picking and packing fresh produce to meet our customer orders, with key objectives being quality, timeliness, accuracy and efficiency. Success will look like:

- Picking / packing fresh produce as per customer orders
- Inspecting fresh produce to ensure quality standards are met
- Repetitive lifting
- Adhere to set OH&S rules and regulations.
- Working in a cold environment at times
- Working early morning shifts
- Team based improvements to safety and quality

**Nominal working hours are**:
**Sunday to Thursday 6am to 2pm**

**About You**
- Experience in a pick / packing role
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in cold environment (4 degrees)

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
