**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 54-year-old man with a spinal cord injury to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily
- ** **activities such as:

- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG care

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- Wedenesday 07:30 - 19:30

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
