We’re currently expanding our services and looking for a dedicated Repair Specialist to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

- Inspect and assess damaged timber floors to determine repair needs.
- Execute a variety of repair techniques, including sanding, refinishing, and board replacement.
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism on all projects.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in timber flooring repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Own tools and reliable transport (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Location: Various sites across Melbourne

Salary/ Rates : $40 - $55 per hour, depending on experience
