Position: Experienced Barista

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a barista and kitchen hand.

Location: Sunshine

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and care.
- Proficient in making sandwiches, breakfast, and lunch items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a barista.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy cafe environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- "Can do it" attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Customer-centric mindset, always putting the needs of the customer and the business first.
