We’re looking for a friendly, food-loving team member to join our new small store in Tugun.

At **Locavore Regenerative Organic Butchery**, we’re passionate about connecting people to real food — meat, broths, and meals made with integrity and respect for the land, animals, and community.

Our Tugun store is a **clean retail environment** — we’re a butcher by nature, but all our products are **packed and frozen at our Byron headquarters**, so there’s **no meat handling or cutting on site.**

This role is **retail-focused** with a small retail wall space and additional hands-on duties such as **mixing and packaging our range of dried goods** for sale.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Brings exceptional customer service and a genuine love for people
- Has a passion for **real food and healthy choices**:

- Is curious and eager to learn about **regenerative farming practices**:

- Takes pride in presentation and a tidy, organised workspace
- Enjoys variety in their day and being part of a small, supportive team

Experience in food retail or hospitality is helpful but not essential — what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
