It might be stating the obvious, but at home or in a hotel, we think the trick to being a great host is understanding what your guests want and when they want it. **Your day to day**
As Concierge Host you’ll assist with luggage, parking in addition to any of our guests’ needs or queries, providing them with a genuine, charming, unstuffy and friendly welcome and experience. You'll also be a key contributor to making visits memorable and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**What we need from you**:

- You'll have an open Queensland manual drivers' licence. - You'll have the attitude, behaviour and integrity of a truly special host. - You'll ideally have experience within the front office team however this is not essential. - You'll have the availability to work a rotating roster. - You'll also either have a great foundation of knowledge regarding the Gold Coast, or be a very quick learner and be willing to explore the Coast and discover the natural beauty that awaits you.
