As a senior waiter or runner at KOTO Dining, you will play a pivotal role in creating an extraordinary dining experience for our esteemed guests. Your warm and friendly demeanour will welcome patrons, while your extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine and traditions will guide them through our enticing menu offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care and efficiency.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and suggested pairings, to offer recommendations and answer any inquiries.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, following established protocols and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or Japanese restaurant is essential.
- A genuine passion for Japanese cuisine, culture, and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: $22.61 - $37.08 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
