**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced National Program Manager or Account Manager who is wanting to take the next step up in their career**.**
Our client partner, **Coty**, is a global leader within the **beauty industry** and their unrivalled portfolio includes some of the most coveted brands in the categories of **Colour Cosmetics and Skin & Body Care including, Covergirl, Max Factor, Rimmel, Sally Hansen **and many more.
Managing Coty’s monthly activations across its portfolio of brands within Australian pharmacy retailers, this role is responsible for nurturing stakeholder relationships and leading the field operations calendar to drive business sales growth.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a **National Program Manager** or **Client Service **role
- Proven ability to make **commercial decisions** which result in positive outcomes for the business
- Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with **high attention to detail**:
- Demonstrated **effective communication** across all levels of the business
- **Hungry and ambitious** to take on a new challenge
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Effective program management to ensure that Field Team members are **set up for success**:
- Create and sustain a positive **relationship with client stakeholders** through an in-depth understanding of their business needs, challenges, and priorities
- Taking **ownership and accountability** for driving strategic direction of the client's annual plan
- Proactively **seek opportunities** to provide proactive plans and innovation
