**Your opportunity**

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a 12-month Marketing Manager contract across one of our Westfield centres in Sydney.

In this role, you will bring the centre’s marketing vision to life - leading campaigns and events that inspire customers, support retailers, and strengthen community connections.

At Westfield, our Marketing Team plays a key role in shaping memorable experiences every day, using insights and creativity to deliver best-in-class activations and drive real impact.

What you will be doing:

- Develop and execute the centre’s Marketing Plan, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing team.
- Manage the centre marketing budget with care and creativity.
- Own the centre’s communications strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Deliver an exciting and relevant calendar of events that resonate with customers and drive visitation.
- Build strong retailer partnerships and drive participation in centre campaigns.
- Support local PR and media opportunities that elevate the Westfield brand in the community.
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Actively connect with local community groups to foster long-term partnerships.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in everything you do.

This is a full-time contract role, and as part of the broader Centre Team, you will also take part in Duty Manager responsibilities on a rotating roster (including occasional weekends, with time off in lieu).

**What sets you apart**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
- Experience leading marketing campaigns and small teams.
- Strong skills in brand, digital, events, PR, and customer experience
- Insight into consumer behaviour and market trends
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution.
- Adaptable to a dynamic, 7-day retail environment (incl. Duty Manager shifts)
- Passion for retail and delivering great customer experiences.
