**Company Brief**

A boutique construction and fitout company are seeking quality Project Coordinators to join their growing team. With a proven track record in producing quality fitouts the role offers mentoring and career development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

Working with a dynamic and passion team the role will include the following responsibilities;
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Assist with developing and managing project costing
- Obtain quotation from Suppliers / Contractors and enter into Construction Management Software
- Pre-qualify Contractors
- Assist with developing scope of works and breaking down into packages
- Assist with Estimating / Tendering projects
- Comparison supplier quotations and negotiate pricing
- Draft client contracts, letters of engagement,
- Raise and issues Purchase Orders/Contracts to suppliers and sub-contractors
- Review supplier/trade invoices in line with Purchase Orders/ Contracts
- Coordinate procurement of equipment & materials supplies
- Manage document including update and filing Plans, Document Registers, Schedules and Technical Data Reports
- Attend Project Meetings & internal PPM
- Coordinate RFI process
- Manage meeting minutes and agendas
- Assist with project programming
- Coordinate site documentation including Permits, Traffic Management and WHS requirements
- Coordinate site establishment & WHS requirements
- Produce and coordinate Dilapidation Reports, Weekly Client Progress Reports, Variations, Defect Registers, and Lists to Complete
- Produce handover manuals on completion of projects
- Follow and uphold the Company Values.

**Skills and Attributes**
- 2 + years experience in similar role working within the Construction sector
- Qualification in Building & Construction
- Attention to Details (essential)
- Experience in Estimating and breaking packages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
- Experience with Mac Computers (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to read and understand architectural, consultant and shop drawings
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player
- Ability to follow instruction
- Passion for committing to producing quality outcomes
- Ability to work independently & use initiative

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
