You will be working at our Sydney flagship store in CBD Sydney.

**The Role**

We have opportunity for passionate **Retail Assistants** (Part time & Casual) to be part of our flagship Store in **Sydney CBD.**

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promote our product and be enthusiastic in driving sales to achieve targets whilst maintaining high store standards in terms of image, product, and operations.

**As a Retail Assistant you will be involved in the following activities in store;**
- Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
- Taking customers on interactive store tours, assisting customers with our product tastings, and finding them the perfect products.
- Be responsible for stock management whilst maintaining high standards of store presentation including keeping our shopfloor and stock room neat and tidy
- Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand
- Diligently executing store’s daily operations according to opening and closing procedures.
- Retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices;
- Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation
- Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives
- Building and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with fellow team members and customers
- Ensure to achieve daily and monthly sales targets & KPIs by using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met

**About You**

Previous experience in retail or hospitality, while highly regarded, is not essential. What is essential is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment. You will be a high energy, hands-on individual and will bring your experience in providing extraordinary customer service to the role.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Previous experience in a customer-service role desirable.
- A strong focus and passion on delivering outstanding customer service.

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to provide service for multiple customers.
