**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. As a Front Office Supervisor you will lead a team of dedicated Front Office Attendants and support the Front Desk operations while providing elevated and joyful guest experiences.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Crown Metropol team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Provide a personalised and seamless check in and check out experience for our guests.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team and support in conflict resolution.
- Display an in-depth knowledge of Crown hotel products and facilities, as well as service offerings across the broader Crown complex.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Extensive experience in a Hotel Front Office environment preferably in a supervisor or management level position.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Understanding of OPERA - Hotel Property Management Systems.

**Additional Information**:
This role requires flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

To be successful in this role you must have Full time working rights - Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
