**About the company**

As the Administration Team Leader, you will report directly to the Home Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing the administration function.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of the administration department while maintaining effective communication with the Home Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for a roster of 35 Aged Care staff - including sick/annual leave and correspondence with agencies
- Effectively handle resident admissions, discharges and additional service deliveries
- Ensure compliance with staff file management, including the onboarding and offboarding process
- Ensuring of signing invoices and transferring them through to the accounts division
- Managing timesheets are reflective of roster
- Maintain strong communication with external service providers
- Ensure compliance with administration audits and assist the business in adhering to policies
- Managing one direct report
- Other adhoc administrative tasks inline with the role

**Requirements/Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively where required
- Must be proactive, motivated, communicative
- Previous rostering experience is essential
- Must be able to work 5 days in office
- Maintain a high attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and multitask
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands
