**About the role**
Our Social Worker Team Manager:
- Leads by example role modelling a small caseload of clients providing evidence based social worker services in the community.
- Meets with individual team members weekly face to face to support them to achieve their full potential for themselves and their clients.
- Facilitates team meetings, analyses performance and compliance reports and develops actions
- Creates, promotes Humanity Health Group organisational values, culture and HumanityLIFE.
**About You**:
- May be a social worker with leadership qualities whom we will support and train into leadership.
- Or a social worker with experience in management.
- Are passionate about empowering and motivating clients and health professionals to be their best. No seriously
- You are a good coach and like finding ways to bring teams together to get the best result.
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence with access to own vehicle.
- Ideally you will have experience working within the NDIS space.
