We're on the hunt for an energetic and reliable Casual Event Audio Visual Assistant to join our crew, primarily for weekend work.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being part of the action, enjoys physical work, and wants to learn the ropes of event production.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Equipment Delivery & Pickup**: Safely load, transport, and unload audio mixers, speakers, lighting, and other AV gear to and from event venues across Sydney.
- **Event Setup & Pack down**: Assist our technicians with the physical setup and pack-down of Audio Visual equipment.
- **Equipment Maintenance (Basic)**: Help with basic cleaning and organisation of equipment after events to ensure it's ready for the next gig.
- **On-Site Support**: Provide general assistance to the production team as needed during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Reliable & Punctual**: Events run on strict timelines, so showing up on time is critical.
- **Physically Fit**: Able to lift and move heavy AV equipment safely.
- **Enthusiastic & Eager to Learn**: No prior AV experience is necessary (but preferred), but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are a must
- **Team Player**: You'll be working closely with our experienced DJs and technicians.
- **Weekend Availability**: This role is primarily for weekend shifts, with occasional weekday work available.
- **Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transport**: Essential for getting to our warehouse and various event locations.
