**THE COMPANY**:
Showcase jewellery company location in Kirrawee.
**THE POSITION**:
Front desk reception position available for vibrant customer focused individual who loves organising events and conferences.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- First point of contact for the business
- Managing boardroom and supplies
- Accept deliveries
- Mail - Incoming & Outgoing
- Register parcels received
- Manage gift register
- Banking
- Catering requirements
- Organising two conferences per year and attending same
- Travel arrangements
- Processing payments via POS system
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Passion for jewellery
- Intermediate MS Office
- Professional presentation
**HOURS**: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
**SALARY**: $60-63K + Super (Depending on experience)
**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time
