**Salary Package Circa $220k - 250k**
As the Manager - Service Operations WA, you will **coordinate, lead, mentor and further develop the skills, efficiency and performance** of a successful experienced maintenance services delivery team. Your authority will extend to managing defined revenue and profit targets, preparing proposals for new business, maintaining and developing relationships with clients and **ensuring that the service team achieves customer expectations** and complies with operational safety standards. You will also undertake market analysis to understand client requirements in order to effectively plan work schedules, further develop the skills of the Service Supervisors and their maintenance teams and coordinate other commercial and administrative aspects of the business unit.
