**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Skill**:

- Ad-hoc scans
- Web Application Scanning
- Attend Governance forums
- Convene and run VMS Governance Meetings
- Reporting and meeting with Account teams
- Creation of vulnerability management requests in Service Now instance in alignment with the defined Vulnerability Management processes and procedures
- Vulnerability service requests tracked, reported, and escalated
- Updates to and maintenance of vulnerability management processes, procedures, reporting as required
- Triage of the detected vulnerabilities, including grouping of like vulnerabilities, prioritization, and re-rating based on customer context
Adhere to Policies and Procedures

Scope of services:

Vulnerability management services on all provided services including but not limited to:

- Applications, operating systems, and associated code
- Physical and Virtual Servers
- Network, Hosting, Contact Centre, Unified Communications and IP Telephony Devices under the Unified Communications, Network Manager, Contact Centre, Mobiles & Bulk SMS, & Fixed Voice contracts
- Network Manager infrastructure in client’s overlays.
- Network devices in the External Connections Networks including virtual routers deployed in Cloud environments
- Governance of the Vulnerability Management Service
- Governance meetings cover the RAG metrics, trends, dashboards, open and closed action items, and continuous improvements.
